industry with her New Hit Single, “G- Code”, SK, formerly known as “Starr

Kiid, was born and raised in ! Opa-Locka, Florida by her parents,

Cynthia Crooms-Bell and David Earl Scott.

 

The passion for music started at an early age for SK, she was only 10 when she became apart of the church choir, and began playing the drums. At the age of 13, when her father was incarcerated, writing letters to him became poetry, which lead to lyrics to her raps. Seeing the daily routines of her environment became the story upon which she began to tell in her rhymes, while music and basketball

became her escape.

Listening to Da Brat, Missy Elliott, TuPac, and Michael Jackson is what inspired her to pursue her craft, which has land her great opportunities thus far, such as but not limited too; Opening for other artists at concerts like- Blood Raw, formerly of CTE, home-town favorites like Iceberg, Brisco, and even “The Boss”, himself,
